  • Need to make an adjustment to your order? Let us know right away by emailing us at anne@shopgoldengems.com. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once we’ve begun processing the order.
  • Currently items are shipping within 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders for the holidays. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us at anne@shopgoldengems.com. 
  • We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays.
  • Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you have questions about your shipment.
