WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

Unused, undamaged, and unopened products, excluding certain apothecary products, may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, worn, or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged. Mystery items, customized items, items marked final sale, scratch and dent items or free promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All perfumes and room sprays are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a perfume or room spray is proven defective within 30 days of purchase with a receipt, it can be exchanged for the same item.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If a return exception is made for an order past 30 days, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping costs. Used, worn, or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged. Mystery items, customized items, items marked final sale, scratch and dent items or free promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ONLINE?

1. Make sure that your order qualifies

2. Return your order and packing slip 

With the exception of perfume or room spray, please send your order and its original packing slip to:

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

3. Await credit

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact orders@shopgoldengems.com.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM OR THE WRONG ITEM?
