Part Time Sales Associate (City Stores + West County)

Compensation: Starts at $15/hour | Hours: 8-20 hours/week 

Our sales associates make up the majority of our team, and bring our mission to life! In partnership with leadership, they support the daily processes, maintain visual standards, and most importantly- build relationships with our guests. Seasonal sales associates have the opportunity to learn and grow their retail skills in a fun, safe, inclusive environment. Seasonal employment is through January 2024.

Part Time Guest Experience Manager (City Stores Only)

Compensation: Starts at $16/hour | Hours: 12-20 hours/week

The Guest Experience Manager (GEM) reports directly to the Store Manager. As a successful hire, you will lead by example in engaging with customers energetically and inclusively, coach Sales Associates (SAs) to provide an incredible guest experience, meet daily sales targets, and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. The GEM role sets a fun pace for the store team to accomplish daily sales goals, including daily training and coaching SAs and tracking key metrics. The GEM role is also responsible for all operational tasks required to open and close the retail store.
