Order info:

We aim to ship orders from our facility within 3-5 business days. Tracking will update once scanned by the carrier which may effect arrive time. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us at orders@shopgoldengems.com.

Please keep in mind that shipping can take a bit longer around holidays, and when gals of Golden Gems are jetting to trade shows. During busier seasons, it can take closer to 5-7 business days for orders to ship from our facility. We'll always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience.

Our team is available Monday-Friday for any questions. You can email orders@shopgoldengems.com. to check on the status of your order as well!

Let us know right away by emailing us at orders@shopgoldengems.com and we'll do our best to adjust in time. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once we’ve begun processing the order.

We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays.

Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

During holidays or busier seasons, items usually ship from our locations within 5-7 business days due to high volume. Please expect a longer lead time during these times.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you have questions about your shipment.

Unused, undamaged, and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, worn, or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged. Mystery items, customized items, items marked final sale, scratch and dent items or free promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All perfumes and room sprays are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a perfume or room spray is proven defective within 30 days of purchase with a receipt, it can be exchanged for the same item.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If a return exception is made for an order past 30 days, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping costs. Used, worn, or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged. 1. Make sure that your order qualifies

2. Return your order and packing slip 

With the exception of perfume or room spray, please send your order and its original packing slip to:

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

3. Await credit

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact orders@shopgoldengems.com.

We are occasionally able to rent out our Golden Gems space for photoshoots, but always able to rent our Hidden Gem space! VISIT THIS LINK for all the details, a well as pricing.

At this time, we are unable to rent our Golden Gems back event space for private rentals (baby showers, parties, etc.), but are often able to rent it for workshops, classes, events open to the public. We also encourage you to check out our bar HIDDEN GEM for equally amazing rental options.

Fun fact - Our fearless leaders, Amanda & Susan, grew up on Golden Gem Road in Apopka, Florida among the orange groves. Golden Gems are also a type of orange, so you'll see orange blossoms often used in our designs and decorating the walls of our store!

Everything here at Golden Gems is designed in house by Amanda & Susan, so their inspiration comes from everywhere, but specifically by the badasses they surround themselves with in their every day lives.
