Need to make an adjustment to your order? Let us know right away by emailing us at jess@shopgoldengems.com. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once we’ve begun processing the order.

We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us at jess@shopgoldengems.com or give us a call at 314-925-8931.

We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays.

Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

You can return or exchange unused/unwashed items in its original packaging purchased within the last 30 days with a receipt. This excludes customized items, items marked final sale, scratch and dent items, or free promotional items.

To issue a return, either come by the shop with your receipt or credit card you used or if you would like to ship your item back, email us at jess@shopgoldengems.com to begin the process. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Ahhh, we’re so sorry! Email us at jess@shopgoldengems.com with a picture of the damage or the wrong item and we will get you a replacement asap!
