Shipping

 

  • Need to make an adjustment to your order? Let us know right away by emailing us at info@shopgoldengems.com. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once we’ve begun processing the order.
  • Most items ship within 1-3 days. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us at info@shopgoldengems.com. 
  • Banners can take up to 1 week to ship.
  • Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
  • We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays.
  • Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

 

  • What items can be returned?
    • You can return any items purchased within the last 30 days.  This excluded customized items, items marked final sale, or free promotional items.
  • How do returns work?
    • To issue a return, email us at info@shopgoldengems.com to begin the process. You are responsible for return shipping fees. 
  • What if I received a damaged item?
      • Ahhh, we’re so sorry! Email us at info@shopgoldengems.com with a picture of the damage.

Local Pickup

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to the store until you receive that notification. Local Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 11-5. When you arrive give us a call at 314-925-8931 and we will bring your order out to you!  *If you need to schedule a different time, email us at info@shopgoldengems.com or give us a call!
