- Most items ship within 1-3 days. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us at email@example.com.
- Banners can take up to 1 week to ship.
- Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
- We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays.
- Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- What items can be returned?
- You can return any items purchased within the last 30 days. This excluded customized items, items marked final sale, or free promotional items.
- How do returns work?
- To issue a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process. You are responsible for return shipping fees.
- What if I received a damaged item?
- Ahhh, we’re so sorry! Email us at email@example.com with a picture of the damage.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to the store until you receive that notification. Local Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 11-5.
