We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you have questions about your shipment.
What items can be returned?
- You can return any items purchased within the last 30 days with a receipt. This excludes customized items, items marked final sale, or free promotional items.
How do returns work?
- To issue a return, either come by the shop or if you are out of town email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process. You are responsible for return shipping fees.
What if I received a damaged item?
- Ahhh, we’re so sorry! Email us at email@example.com with a picture of the damage.
Once you have added everything to your cart, go to checkout. Enter your zip code and shipping options will appear. Select local pickup. Most local pickup orders are ready same day! If you need your order asap just give us a call 314-925-8931 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are open Tuesday- Saturday 11am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm.
If you would like curbside, give us a call when you arrive 314-925-8931 and we will bring your order out to you!
