Shipping, Returns & Local Pickup



  • Need to make an adjustment to your order? Let us know right away by emailing us at Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once we’ve begun processing the order.
  • Most items ship within 1-3 days. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us at 
  • Banners can take up to 1 week to ship.
  • Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
  • We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays.
  • Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.



  • What items can be returned?
    • You can return any items purchased within the last 30 days.  This excluded customized items, items marked final sale, or free promotional items.
  • How do returns work?
    • To issue a return, email us at to begin the process. You are responsible for return shipping fees. 
  • What if I received a damaged item?
      • Ahhh, we’re so sorry! Email us at with a picture of the damage.

Local Pickup

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to the store until you receive that notification. Local Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 11-5.
