- Currently items are shipping within 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders for the holidays. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us at email@example.com.
- We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays.
- Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. Once an order is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you have questions about your shipment.
What items can be returned?
- You can return any items purchased within the last 30 days with a receipt. This excludes customized items, items marked final sale, or free promotional items.
How do returns work?
- To issue a return, either come by the shop or if you are out of town email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process. You are responsible for return shipping fees.
What if I received a damaged item?
- Ahhh, we’re so sorry! Email us at email@example.com with a picture of the damage.
Most local pickup orders are ready same day! If you need your order asap just give us a call 314-925-8931 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. When you arrive give us a call at 314-925-8931 and we will bring your order out to you!
