Custom Orders

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love doing custom work. We currently do custom jackets and banners, and they’re very nifty.

Shipping and Returns

What if I need to make an adjustment to my order?

Need to make an adjustment to your order? Let us know right away by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once we’ve begun processing the order.

When do you ship orders?

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are in a time constraint and need your order faster, we are happy to work with you, just email us using the form at the bottom of this page!

Note:  Banners can take up to 1 week to ship.

Note: Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.

What else should I know?

We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays.

Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

What items can be returned?

You can return any items purchased within the last 30 days. This excluded customized items, items marked final sale, or free promotional items.

How do returns work?

To issue a return, email us using the form at the bottom of this page to begin the process. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

What if I received a damaged item?

Ahhh, we’re so sorry! Email us here with a picture of the damage.
